• Chris Embler: I’m the husband to Rachel and daddy to Asher, Anna, Simeon, and Selah.  I am also blessed to serve alongside my wife and a host of other servants in the Body of Christ as we extend the grace that was first poured out on us by Jesus…We love, because he first loved us.  By His grace, I am an exhorter (encourager) in His Church.  One of the ways this Holy Spirit treasure beyond measure manifests in my life is by hosting week long, all expense paid retreats for Christian ministers and their families.  I also serve currently as a Student Advocate (Drop-Out Prevention Coordinator) at West Johnston High School in Benson, NC.  This is just another way that the Lord has positioned me to be an  “encourager” for His Kingdom purposes.  I have also served with FCA (the Fellowship of Christian Athletes) in the high school setting alongside my wife.   I taught high school English and coached varsity men’s and women’s soccer for ten years.  I have been an international missionary to Central and South America as well as serve as a youth pastor in multiple churches.  I am the co-founder of Faith Walkers Missions and currently preach and teach in multiple church settings.  I enjoy reading, faith walking, letterboxing, soccer, hiking, camping, traveling, fishing and following the Holy Spirit where ever He leads. “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” -2 Corinthians 5:7
  • Rachel Embler: I’m wife to Chris and mama to Asher, Anna, Simeon & Selah.  I am often overwhelmed by God’s amazing grace & the love that He has poured out in my life.  I desire for others to know Jesus and to experience His love, grace and healing power.  God has allowed me to serve Him in a variety of capacities: pastor’s daughter, international missionary, teacher, youth pastor’s wife, Children’s minister, and co-founder of Faith Walkers Mission just to name a few.  It is a great privilege to walk beside and encourage others who are called to serve as God’s hands, feet and mouth here on this earth.
